The Sex & Gender Women’s Health Collaborative (SGWHC) evolved through the commitment of leaders from AMWA and FWH [ACWHP]acting to remedy the historic sex and gender biases in medical education and clinical practice in the U.S. and is joined by SWHR in championing these endeavors. For the past two years, the founding members of the SGWHC have generously supported the development of the only sex and gender specific content library  developed as the primary resource for medical institutions and allied health professions to assist faculty, medical students and residents. In addition, AMWA has provided funding to support the design and launch of our standalone website: sgwhc.org, and we are grateful for the generous inkind support from LBIWH, which has enabled us to expand our efforts further.

We invite all collaborating institutions and organizations to more fully demonstrate a commitment to advancing the integration of sex and gender content across medicine by becoming Collaborative Supporters. Individuals who desire recognition as Supporting Members also may inquire about this opportunity.
